2022–23 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) Form and the FAFSA on the Web Worksheet (EA ID: APP-21-15)

The final versions of the 2022–23 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA ® ) form and the FAFSA on the Web Worksheet are now available in English and Spanish, in PDF.

The watermarked PDF versions of the FAFSA form are provided to the community as a resource that can be used as a training tool or for financial aid presentations. Clean versions will be available on StudentAid.gov/resources starting Oct. 1, 2021, and can then be used for submission to Federal Student Aid.

The 2022–23 FAFSA on the Web Worksheet provides a preview of questions that applicants and parents may be asked while completing the FAFSA form at fafsa.gov. It is not the financial aid application, nor is it part of the application. It is simply an optional tool to help applicants complete their FAFSA form online at fafsa.gov and should not be submitted to Federal Student Aid.

Due to changes in legislation described in Dear Colleague Letter GEN-21-04, published by Federal Student Aid on June 11, 2021, the Student Aid Eligibility Worksheet for Question 23 will not be published.
